About the Mawogo marketplace

Mawogo is Uganda's multi-vendor marketplace. We connect verified sellers from Kampala to Gulu with shoppers nationwide — fashion, electronics, artisan crafts and more. Every order moves through one of two fulfilment paths: MFS (Mawogo Fulfilled Shipment) where Mawogo packs and delivers, or MD (Merchant Delivered) where the seller ships directly.

Help & support

Need help with an order, payment or delivery? Start by tracking your shipment on the order tracking page. For seller questions, see the Sell on Mawogo page. This prototype storefront does not yet have live customer support — production accounts and orders can be reached through the Mawogo customer app.

Returns & refunds

Return requests are handled per order. Contact the seller through your order page — MFS orders are collected by the Mawogo network; MD orders are coordinated directly with the merchant. Refunds are issued once the returned item is verified.

Terms & privacy

By using the Mawogo marketplace you agree to fair-use terms: verified sellers only, payments released on order confirmation, and transparent fulfilment status on every order. This storefront is a prototype model — final terms apply through the production Mawogo storefront and apps.
